Kim Kardashian was spotted in tears telling her friend, “We ended Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” In this latest teaser clip, the Kardashians are seen informing their friends and crew members that ‘KUWTK’ will be ending after 20 seasons.
The Kar-Jenners in September 2020 announced Keeping Up With The Kardashians after 20 seasons would come to an end, now fans will be able to see how the family came to make the decision. In a new teaser, Khloe Kardashian expresses her “exhaustion” at having to break the news to her crew, whom she refers to as her “second family.” Kris Jenner questions whether it was the best time to end the show when they did, and Kim Kardashian weeps over the decision.
“We all have to be on the same page because it’s such a big decision,” Kris is seen telling her family about the decision to end KUWTK, as Kim, 40, reveals in a confessional, “It was just the toughest discussion that we’ve ever had to have.” “I think of you guys as my second family,” Khloe can be seen telling her crew. She then confesses, “I feel so drained,” about having to break the news to all of her KUWTK workers in a confessional.
During a FaceTime call, Kim is seen in tears telling her good friend Simon Huck, “We ended Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” as he looks back in disbelief at their decision. Kris then becomes emotional and says over the phone, “It’s hard.” It’s just difficult,” Khloe said, saying, “Oh my goodness, are you crying again?”
The Series Seems To Be Having A Hard Time With Its Conclusion
The 65-year-old matriarch, who co-created the show with Executive Producer Ryan Seacrest and premiered on E! in 2007, seems to be having a hard time with the series’ conclusion. Kim became a verified billionaire in 2021 thanks to SKIMS solution wear and KKW Beauty. The show helped her daughters become so popular that they could launch mega-successful business careers. However, Kris holds a special place in his heart for the series about the family’s wild antics, romantic lives, and ride-or-die love for each other.
Kris broke down in tears over dinner with her friend and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, saying, “It’s just hard to think about the end.” “So many things are coming to an end. And all I can think about is, “Did we make the right decision?” Kris enquires. The first video aired on the show already, as seen in the above clip, in which Kris admits that telling the crew that the show was ending was the “hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.”
Although the family will be leaving KUWTK and E!, they will not be leaving the small screen anytime soon. On Thursday, December 10, 2020, Hulu revealed that the Kardashian-Jenners would produce exclusive content for the streaming service. “Kris, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie will build global content, which will stream exclusively on Hulu in the United States and various territories on Star internationally,” the company announced on Twitter. “The expected release date is late 2021, and more information will be released as soon as it becomes available.” As a result, while one chapter ends with KUWTK, another begins on Hulu for the family.
Kar-Jenners Will Finally Say Their Goodbyes to KUWTK
On Friday, April 23, the Kar-Jenners will say their final goodbyes to KUWTK. Andy Cohen announced the show’s reunion, dubbed The Final Curtain, on his Instagram posts. While a glam squad operated on them, he revealed Kim in a red gown sitting on a white sofa with some of her sisters. Andy also gave a mini-set tour, where some of the show’s famous fashions were on view, as well as vintage publicity images on the walls. “It’s a doozy,” Andy promised of the 20-year-in-the-making series reunion. We’ll be there shortly. There are no ground rules. There’s no such thing as a no-no. It’s on!” he exclaims, referring to all of the questions he’ll be asking.
Kim Kardashian Also Learned The Viral ‘Wap’ Dance From TikTok Sensation Addison Rae on ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’
TikTok star Addison Rae tried to teach Kim Kardashian the “WAP” dance challenge in a sneak peek from an upcoming episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
Choreographer Brian Esperon produced the viral dance set to Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s hit single “WAP” and went viral on TikTok in August 2020. Videos with the hashtag “WAPChallenge” have been viewed nearly four billion times since its inception.
Kardashian tells Rae that she found the dance “intimidating” in the video.
Rae, 20, has nearly 80 million followers on TikTok, where she rose to fame for engaging in popular dance trends on the app. She met the Kardashians through Kourtney Kardashian, 42.
“Listen, I’m no dancer, and I’m not pretending to be,” Kim confesses, “but if anyone can make me look good, it’s Addison.” “So I’m going to practice this and see what I can come up with.”
Kim stops as they’re practicing the dance and says that one section of it is too “hoe-y.” They keep going, but it’s always a struggle for Kim, despite Khloé’s encouragement.
Kim abandons the dance before completing the entire routine. “Oh my god, I have eyes.” “I see I’m not the best at it, so I’m going to drink it all up, take it along, and see if I have what it takes to do this.”
“It’s very daunting,” she says to Rae, but Rae assures her that the dance will get easier. “I’ll try to do it at home; I’d like to play around with it and see if I can do it on my own,” Kim said.
Rae’s second appearance on the reality show will air on Thursday; her first appearance was when the family questioned if she and Kourtney were “hooking up.”
