Kim Kardashian is “very content” as this is her first Mother’s Day after her separation from Kanye West.
When it comes to what her ex-Kanye West, 43, would do for her on Mother’s Day, Kim Kardashian, 40, isn’t holding her breath. The reality star, who has four children with the rapper, including North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2. She is “OK” no matter what he does or doesn’t do to respect her. Specially after she filed for divorce in February.
“When it comes to Kanye’s Mother’s Day plans involving her, Kim has no expectations,” according to a source. “She is completely unconcerned whether he does anything about her or not, and she would be unaffected in any case. She’ll be with her children and her mother, so she’ll be happy anyway. They don’t talk much right now, but she’s not expecting much.”
The source added, “She has the kids nearly half of the time, and she’s very, very content.” “With her current normal, she’s actually turning a corner and moving to a happier spot. Kim is delighted. She’s giddy with joy. She will enjoy herself because the world is opening up to her. Because she is no longer concerned with him.”
Since Kim Kardashian And Kanye’s Divorce, The Two Stars Have Not Been Officially Together
Kim and Kanye haven’t been officially seen together since Kim filed for divorce. But the absence of Mother’s Day aspirations isn’t unexpected. Last month, a source told that Kanye decided to end their marriage a year earlier, even though Kim was the one who filed the paperwork first. “Actually, he had been complaining for a year that they had little in common but the kids, and he was ready to go. “[Kim] went to great lengths to protect the marriage,” according to another source.
About the fact that Kim and Kanye are apart this Mother’s Day, there is another joyful occasion Kim and Kanye should share: Psalm’s second birthday. According to their divorce court papers, the parents are co-parenting. They hope to continue doing so with shared custody, so Kanye will most definitely participate in Psalm’s celebration somehow. Kim gushed about her little boy on Instagram in the early morning hours of the special day.
She captioned the post,
“My Taurus ♉️ baby Psalm. He turns 2 today on Mother’s Day. Such a special day to share together. He’s my child that looks most Armenian to me like my grandpa and reminds me so much of my dad. He is the sweetest baby ever!!! I can’t even describe his smile and sweetness that everyone just feels when they are with him. Psalm- you have brought such calmness and evenness into all of our lives! All of your cousins and siblings love you so much! You really are the joy of our crew! Mommy loves you SOOOOOO much!!!”
Earlier, Kim Kardashian Denied The Speculation She Is Linked With an Ancient Roman Statue Purchased By Her Ex Kanye West
Kim Kardashian has denied any involvement in acquiring an ancient Roman statue by her former husband Kanye West, which the US government is attempting to return to Italy.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star has always been in the spotlight, whether it’s for her fashion statements, supposed affairs, Billionaire status, or other reasons. Now Kim has been drawn into a legal dispute over acquiring an ancient Roman statue. The statue is dated from the 1st or 2nd century. The US government is now attempting to restore to its original country.
Italy has determined that the statue is a national artifact that was essentially stolen from an ancient site. This is the main reason why the feds want it back.
The government alleged that the paperwork identified ‘Kim Kardashian dba Noel Roberts Trust as the consignee and importer of the statue, according to TMZ. Noel Roberts is a trust Kim has used to make several high-profile transactions, but a spokesperson for Kim denied she was involved in this transaction.
According to a source close to the star, Kim only found out this week that Kanye purchased the piece as part of a bigger deal that included other art. It’s uncertain if Kanye purchased it as a present or when he wanted to say Kim, but a source said she was unaware.
The Statue Was Sent To United States By A Belgian Artist
According to TMZ, the feds said that the statue was sent to the US by a Belgian artist called Axel Vervoordt and that his company placed Kim’s name on the customs paper. Vervoordt has also collaborated with Kim and Kanye, most famously in 2016. Kim and Kanye were constructing their Hidden Hills mansion when the statue was imported. This attracted headlines at the time because it seemed like a gallery.
Despite this, Kim claims she is unaware of the statue’s existence or acquisition. Vervoordt, for one, informed TMZ that he bought the statue “in good conscience” at a German auction house from a French gallery show.
“There is no proof that this item was unlawfully smuggled from Italy at this time. If the inquiry reveals that the piece was shipped from Italy without a valid export license from the Italian Ministry of Culture, we would, of course, accept liability, “he added.
