During the reunion, James Corden is grilling the cast with some of the show’s hardest questions, including the main one: were Ross and Rachel on a break? Jennifer, Courteney, Matthew, and Lisa Kudrow have all said yes to the project. “Bullsh*t,” says Matt LeBlanc. David Schwimmer seems to share LeBlanc’s viewpoint. The reunion was to air in May 2020. Courteney Cox Makes The Best Turkey Burgers
In a video posted to her Instagram account lately, the actress, better known for her TV chef persona, demonstrates her real-life culinary skills by preparing the best turkey burgers. Cox shares her secret tool for creating a juicy and flavorful turkey burger right at the start of the video.
“You start by roasting peppers,” Cox tells her fans as she opens her grill to show three massive poblano peppers that have charred beautifully. From there, the video cuts easily from shot to shot, showing Cox washing and peeling her fried peppers, slicing and frying onions, and mixing it with two eggs, salt, and cumin in a bowl of ground turkey.
Cox coaxes the paste together and shapes patties, not ashamed to get her hands dirty. And it’s back to the grill to finish cooking, with a nice slice of fresh cheddar on top. That’s what there is to it! Serve with any additional toppings or gravy, if needed, on a bun of your choosing.
Laura Dern was happy to dive in and put her creativity to the test. Dern jokes that the turkey sandwich is a little bland to her pal’s ears, but when a defeated Cox sulks off-board, the Big Little Lies actress bends into the camera and whispers, “it’s insane.”
That’s more than enough reason for fans to pursue this recipe right now. After all, it’s grilling season! And it sounds like the ideal meal to couple with Cox’s ginger lime drink. A light take on both a margarita and a mojito–a margarita if you would.
